How it all began.

My story with cooking begins in Lecce, where I had the privilege of sharing my passion for food with Alessandro — my husband, my life partner, and my companion in dreams. Together, we created a cooking school that became a meeting place for people from all over the world: a place where you learned to make pasta with your hands, but above all with your heart.
Alessandro was the beating heart of our project. With his charisma, his warm and easygoing nature, and his contagious enthusiasm, he knew how to pass on not only techniques, but a love for life itself. His presence made every class a truly unique experience.
After his passing two years ago, the silence was profound. But slowly, between one recipe and one memory, I found the strength to begin again.
Today, La Cucina di Francy is reborn in Milan, carrying with it everything we built together: authenticity, hospitality, the scent of fresh pasta, and a deep desire to share.
This school is not just a place where you learn to cook. It is a journey, an embrace, a way to come together around a table and rediscover the beauty of simple things.
