Making pasta by hand is a simple, yet profound act.
It means slowing down, listening, feeling.
Francesca was recommended to us by a friend who spoke enthusiastically about her dishes. Our family — 8 adults and 2 children — had the privilege of experiencing her culinary artistry, and we enjoyed her menu so much that we immediately booked her again. We enjoyed truly outstanding evening dinners: food of the highest quality, cooked and presented to perfection. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Francesca (but please don’t tell everyone, otherwise we’ll never be able to book her again — let’s keep it our little secret!).
